From Red Carabao Hostel to Bus Stations in Quezon City

If you’re coming from Red Carabao Hostel in Sta. Cruz, Manila, follow these instructions for Coda Lines, Partas, and Victory Liner – Cubao:

  • Head to the nearest Manila Light Rail Transit System or LRT station which is Abad Santos Station.
  • Abad Santos Station is part of LRT Line 1. From there, ride the train and alight at Doroteo Jose Station.
  • Once at Doroteo Jose Station, follow the walkway that will take you to the LRT Line 2 Station.
  • The first station of the LRT Line 2 is Recto. Ride the train from Recto Station and alight at Araneta – Cubao Station.

For Coda Lines

  • Once at Araneta – Cubao Station, exit the station. Below it is a busy street known as “Aurora Boulevard.”
  • Once at Aurora Boulevard, you have to cross over to the other side of the street.
  • Once you’ve crossed over, you should see jeepneys with a signboard that says “Quiapo” on its signboard.
  • Once inside the jeepney, tell the driver to drop you off at “Shakey’s Pizza E. Rodriguez” (E.Rodriguez is the name of the avenue where Shakey’s is).
  • Once at Shakey’s (a pizzeria), walk along the small road beside it, which is Trinity Drive (to your left should be the Trinity University of Asia).
  • When you reach the end of the road, turn right and you will find Coda Lines.
Coda Bus Line Street
You will see this landmark as you walk along Trinity Drive heading to Coda Lines Bus Station.

For Partas

  • Once at Araneta Center / Cubao Station, exit the station and walk to Farmers Plaza (this is a shopping center adjacent to the train station) .

  • At the second floor exit of the Farmers Plaza, you’ll find the Farmers footbridge.
  • Cross this footbridge and exit to your left.
  • Below it, you should see a line of tricycles parked behind a bakery or across 711.
  • Ride one of the tricycles and tell the driver to drop you off at Partas.

For Victory Liner – Cubao

  • Once at Araneta – Cubao Station, exit the station and walk to EDSA.
  • The red dots on the Google Map below show Araneta Center – Cubao Station on the right and Gran Prix Hotel & Suites Cubao (upper left) where Victory Liner – Cubao is.
  • You have to exit the train station and walk to that area (around 500 meters) through the main road known as EDSA (on the map, it’s that yellow vertical road).

For Victory – Liner Kamuning, you have to take a different route:

  • Head to the nearest Manila Light Rail Transit System or LRT station which is Abad Santos Station.
  • Once at Abad Santos Station, ride the train and alight at Edsa Station.
  • Once at Edsa Station, alight from the train, go up the nearest stairs and follow the walkway heading left, which will take you all the way to the MRT or the Manila Metro Rail Transit System.
  • Once at the MRT, ride the northbound train from the station, which is Taft Avenue, and alight at (GMA) Kamuning Station.
  • Exit GMA – Kamuning Station and walk south (when you exit the station, this direction should be on your left).
  • Walk about 400 meters, crossing an intersection (which is East Avenue), until you reach Victory Liner Kamias, which is just a few meters away from the intersection.
