MAIN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Head to the main road (Sucat Road) and cross it to ride the “Sucat / Baclaran / LRT” jeepney. Make sure that the jeepney says LRT on the signboard. Tell the driver to drop you off at Baclaran
  • In Baclaran, the drop-off point is “Quirino Avenue”, which intersects Airport Road. The landmarks you will see are McDonalds (on your right) and 711 (on your left).
  • The drop-off area is at McDonalds and from there, continue to walk along Quirino Avenue until you reach the LRT (Light Railway Transit) Line 1 station (you will see the skytrain ahead of you).
  • The name of the first LRT station is “Baclaran”. Head to that station.

Once at the station, follow these instructions:

  • Intramuros

    Ride the train from Baclaran station and alight at Central Terminal station where you can walk to Intramuros.

  • Luneta / Rizal Park

    Ride the train from Baclaran station and alight at United Nations station where you can walk to Luneta / Rizal Park.

  • Chinatown / Quiapo

    Ride the train from Baclaran station and alight at Carriedo station where you can walk to Chinatown (left exit) and Quiapo (right exit).

BUDGET TIP: From Quiapo, you can take a jeepney to Intramuros (7 Pesos). The jeepney stops in front of Quiapo Church. You should see an “Intramuros” signboard on the jeepney.

  • Chinese Cemetery

    Ride the train from Baclaran station and alight at Abad Santos station where you can walk to the Chinese Cemetery.

  • Malate (for the nightlife)

    Ride the train from Baclaran station and alight at Pedro Gil station.
    From the station, walk along Pedro Gil Street (landmark is the Petron gas station on the left side). As you walk, you will also pass by other streets such as Ma. Orosa, Bocobo, Adriatico, and Mabini. Every street has a number of bars and restaurants, but the most frequented areas are Adriatico and Nakpil.

COMING BACK
To Sucat: Head to the nearest LRT Line 1 station and take the train back to Baclaran station. Once at Baclaran, walk back to where you were dropped off (McDonalds area). From there, ride a jeepney to Sucat and tell the driver to drop you off at San Pedro.

  • Makati Central Business District

Once at Baclaran station, ride the train to Edsa station. After disembarking at Edsa station, follow the pathway heading to the MRT or the Metro Railway Transit. The first station of the MRT is “Taft Avenue” station. Ride the northbound train from there and alight at Ayala station where you can walk to the malls and other establishments in the central business district.

To Sucat:
1. Head back to the MRT station (which is the Ayala station) and ride the train to Taft Avenue station. Once at Taft station, exit the MRT and follow the pathway to the LRT Line 1 station, which is the Edsa station, and take the train to Baclaran station. Once at Baclaran, walk back to where you were dropped off (McDonalds area). From there, ride a jeepney to Sucat and tell the driver to drop you off at San Pedro.

2. Just outside the MRT station in Ayala, you’ll find Dusit Hotel. Across it is Park Square where you’ll find shuttles that go directly to Sucat. Though a bit expensive compared to the previous option, this ride will still take you directly to the Sucat area – particularly San Pedro. This is the schedule:

Monday – Friday: 12 noon – 12 midnight / 60 Pesos per person
Weekends: 12 noon – 12 midnight / 60 Pesos per person but with another stop

  • The Fort / BGC – Bonifacio Global Center (Commercial Center)

Once at Baclaran LRT station, ride the train to Edsa station. Alight at Edsa station and follow the pathway heading to the MRT (Metro Railway Transit). The name of the first MRT station is “Taft Avenue station”. From Taft Avenue station, take the northbound train and alight at Ayala station. Once at Ayala, head to the right exit where the Telus building is. Beside the building is the BGC Bus Station. The buses will take you to The Fort / BGC 24 hours a day.

BUDGET TIP: Right across Telus is Shell gas station. At the back of Shell is the terminal for the Market! Market! (a shopping center in the BGC area) bound jeepneys. You may also take this jeepney (7 Pesos; 530am – 12 midnight) to enter BGC.

COMING BACK
To Sucat:
1. In BGC, there are designated bus stops. Go to the nearest “West” bus stop and take the BGC “West Route” bus, which will bring you back to the BGC Bus Station. Once at the bus station, head to the MRT and ride the train from Ayala station to Taft Avenue station. At Taft Avenue, take the same pathway back to the LRT Edsa Station and ride the train to Baclaran. Once at Baclaran, walk back to where you were dropped off (McDonalds area). From there, ride a jeepney to Sucat and tell the driver to drop you off at San Pedro.

2. After riding the West Route BGC bus back to its main station, walk to Dusit Hotel (you have to cross the road). In front of Dusit Hotel is the Park Square carpark where you’ll find shuttles that go directly to Sucat. Though a bit expensive compared to the previous option, this ride will still take you directly to the Sucat area, particularly San Pedro. This is the schedule:

  • Cubao X / Araneta Center

From Taft Avenue station, take the northbound train and alight at at Araneta Center – Cubao station where you can walk to Cubao X (which is at the back of the very visible Araneta Coliseum).

Once at Baclaran, walk back to where you were dropped off (McDonalds area). From there, ride a jeepney to Sucat and just tell the driver to drop you off at San Pedro.

  • Mall of Asia

MAIN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Head to the main road (Sucat Road) and cross it to ride the “Sucat / Baclaran / Coastal” jeepney. Make sure that the jeepney says “Coastal” on the signboard. Tell the driver to drop you off at Baclaran – Coastal.
  • Once at Baclaran, you will see the yellow Mall of Asia jeepneys (5am – 9pm only) that go straight to the mall.
