From Sucat to Bus Stations in Quezon City

  • If coming from Cozee Monkey Backpackers: head to the main road – which is Aquino Avenue – and ride a “Sucat / Baclaran / LRT” jeepney.
  • If coming from Islas 8817 Guesthouse: head to the main road – which is called “Sucat Road” or “Dr. A. Santos Avenue”, cross it, and ride the “Sucat / Baclaran / LRT” jeepney.

Make sure that the jeepney says “LRT” on the signboard.

  • Once inside the jeepney, tell the driver to drop you off at the “LRT”.
  • LRT stands for Manila Light Rail Transit System and you’ll be dropped off by the driver at the Baclaran Station of the LRT.
  • Once at Baclaran Station, ride the train and alight at Edsa Station.
  • From the Edsa Station, head to the MRT or the Manila Metro Rail Transit System by exiting the platform and following the walkway to the MRT.

On your way to the MRT, you’ll be walking through the pedestrian walkway on your right.

As you walk, you should see this view. That establishment with the staircase on the left is the MRT.
  • Once you reach the MRT, you will arrive at its first station, which is Taft Avenue Station.
  • From there, take the northbound train and alight at:
    a. Araneta Center / Cubao Station – For Partas, Victory Liner Cubao, and Coda Lines
    b. Kamuning Station – For Victory Liner Kamias

Follow the next instructions to reach the provincial bus stations in Quezon City.

Partas

  • Once at Araneta Center – Cubao Station, alight from the train and cross over to the other side of the station where you will make your exit.
  • Once you exit the station, you should see a line of tricycles parked behind a bakery or across 711.

  • Ride one of the tricycles and tell the driver to drop you off at Partas.

COST:
Jeepney from Cozee Monkey Backpackers = 7 Pesos
Jeepney from Islas 8817 Guesthouse = 12 Pesos
LRT from Baclaran Station to Edsa Station = 15 Pesos
MRT from Taft Avenue Station to Araneta Center – Cubao Station = 24 Pesos
Tricycle = 18 Pesos
TOTAL = 46 – 69 Pesos

 Coda Lines

  • Once you exit Araneta Center – Cubao Station, walk north along EDSA until you reach Aurora Boulevard, the street that intersects EDSA.
  • Looking at the photo below, Aurora Boulevard should be below the footbridge right after Eurotel (that’s about 200 meters from the train station).

  • Coda Lines is on the west side, so once you reach Aurora Boulevard, you have to cross the road to ride a jeepney heading towards the direction of the red building you see on the photo.
  • The jeepney you’ll ride should say “Quiapo” on its signboard.
  • Once inside the jeepney, tell the driver to drop you off at “Shakey’s Pizza E. Rodriguez” (E.Rodriguez is the name of the avenue where Shakey’s is).
  • Once at Shakey’s (a pizzeria), walk along the small road beside it, which is Trinity Drive (to your left should be the Trinity University of Asia).
  • When you reach the end of the road, turn right and you will find Coda Lines.
Coda Bus Line Street
You will see this landmark as you walk along Trinity Drive heading to Coda Lines Bus Station.

Victory Liner – Cubao

  • Exit Araneta Center – Cubao Station and walk north along EDSA.
  • Again, you will be walking along EDSA, the big street on the photo below.
  • Once you reach the intersection, cross it, and continue to walk straight.

  • As you walk, you will see various bus stations left and right.
  • In 250 meters, you will reach Five Star bus terminal and just ahead of it is a footbridge.
  • Cross this footbridge and exit to your right.
  • Walk about a 80 meters and you will see Victory Liner – Cubao.

Victory Liner – Kamias

  • Exit GMA – Kamuning Station and walk south (when you exit the station, this direction should be on your left).
  • Walk about 400 meters, crossing an intersection (which is East Avenue), until you reach Victory Liner Kamias, which is just a few meters away from the intersection.
